We come across a Marketing Director occasionally. We don't work in his sector but he is often about the place. He has a habit of holding meetings with staff and agencies in public places and lauding it over them.
At the end of one of these sessions he called one of his staff aside. And fired him. In a public place. In full earshot of everyone in the room.
We are tempted to name and shame the Marketing Director, but we can just about restrain ourselves.
